• EnjoyMacau Summer Holiday Packages travel period is between 15 July 2009 and 29 September 2009; booking period is by default at least 3 days prior to departure which is also subject to different hotel’s applicable travel period.
• The promotional offer is provided on a first come first served basis, and is subject to availability.
• Package must be booked at least 3 days prior to departing Sydney.
• Once the booking has been confirmed, no changes will be entertained. Full booking charges apply for cancellations and no refunds will be provided.
• EnjoyMacau Summer Holiday Packages’ special prices listed are for reference only. Actual price will be confirmed at point of reservation based on availability.
• Macau.com will hold the room/flight availability for customers for 24 hours after the confirmation email is sent out.
• The redemption voucher of hotel room confirmation and flight e-tickets will be sent to customers via e-mail.
• Macau.com reserves the right to revise, cancel, suspend or modify this offer at its sole discretion, and without prior notice.
• Macau.com acts as an intermediary between travel suppliers and consumers for the booking of and payment for travel arrangements such as air tickets and hotel accommodation. While Macau.com has taken reasonable care to ensure that all travel information and prices are correct, Macau.com accepts no responsibility or liability for any failure or delay on the part of any third party in providing travel services or for any acts or omissions in the course of delivery of such travel services. Under no circumstances will Macau.com be liable for direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages including but not limited to lost profits or savings or damages for disappointment.

Flight Tickets

• The air ticket is for round trip in economy class.
• Air tickets are non-endorsable, non-reroutable and non-refundable.
• An arrival/departure tax of AUD262 is not included.
• Fights that are changed will invoke an extra charge. A modification charge of AUD75 per person and fare difference applies for every change.
• Seats offered at this fare are subject to availability as there are limited seats per flight.
• The above fares are to be sold as a package only.

Hotel Accommodation

• Hotel prices for EnjoyMacau Summer Value Packages include taxes and exclude additional incidental charges that customers may incur during their stay at the hotel.
• The rooms are non-transferable. To ensure check-in, all names entered at point of booking must be the same as stated in the passport.
