Terms and Conditions
General
  • Passenger(s) may make booking(s) up to 28 days in advance.
  • A helicopter ticket(s) sold is valid for travel only on the date, time and flight specified on the ticket. No refund is available to passenger(s) who arrive late for their fight.
  • However, late passenger(s) can request standby status for the next available flight on the same date (not applicable to charter flight passenger), though Sky Shuttle Helicopters Ltd. ("Sky Shuttle") / East Asia Airline Ltd. ("EAA") have no obligation to guarantee availability of space on the next service.
  • It is the responsibility of the passenger(s) to ensure that they have a valid travel document and entry visa, if required, to their intended destination. The passenger's name as printed on the ticket should correspond with his/her travel document otherwise, Sky Shuttle / EAA has the authority to deny boarding and no ticket refund will be made.
  • Children under the age of one can travel free of charge, subject to the conditions below. Children over the age of one are required to purchase a full fare ticket.
  • Only one child under the age of one can accompany an adult free of charge, but is required to pay the Tax and Insurance Surcharge. No more than two children under the age of one can be accommodated on any one flight.
  • A maximum free baggage weight allowance of up to 15 lbs per passenger is permitted. In the event of a passenger having baggage in excess of the free weight allowance (15 lbs) and less than 25 lbs. a baggage charge of $800 (HKD/MOP/RMB) is required. Baggage in excess of 25 lbs and up to 60 lbs, the passenger needs to pay the net fare on the same route. A baggage charge of the net fare on the same route will be applied for every further 45 lb.
  • Once booking confirmed, a HKD300 handling fee per ticket will be charged for any request for amendment or cancellation to tickets issued. (HKD3,500 handling fee will be charged for regular charter).
  • No cancellation is allowed less than 24 hours and no amendment is allowed less than 1 hour prior to the confirmed departure time. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
  • In case of a lost ticket, a HKD300 handling fee will be charged for ticket replacement.
  • Sky Shuttle / EAA reserves the right to deny boarding or to refuse the carriage of any person(s) whose condition presents an actual or potential safety hazard or risk (including but not limited to impairment and intoxication from alcohol and drugs) to our passengers, crew, staff or property.
  • Passengers are advised that the Warsaw Convention or Montreal Convention maybe applicable and that the Convention governs and in most cases limits the liability of carriers for death or personal injury and in respect of loss or damage to baggage.
  • Macau.com acts as an intermediary between travel suppliers and consumers for the booking of and payment for travel arrangements such as air tickets and hotel accommodation. While Macau.com has taken reasonable care to ensure that all travel information and prices are correct, Macau.com accepts no responsibility or liability for any failure or delay on the part of any third party in providing travel services or for any acts or omissions in the course of delivery of such travel services. Under no circumstances will Macau.com be liable for direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages including but not limited to lost profits or savings or damages for disappointment.
  • In case of dispute, the decision of Sky Shuttle / EAA and Macau.com shall be final.

Ticketing Arrangements (including for regular charter flight)
For Hong Kong & Macau vv Route
  • Passengers should check in at the departure lounge at least 15 minutes before departure time.
  • Should the flight be cancelled due to bad weather or operational reasons on our part, free ferry transportation will be arranged for the passenger(s) and tickets will be fully refunded (not applicable to promotional or special discount ticket(s)).
For Macau & Shenzhen vv Route
  • Passengers should check in at the departure lounge at least 30 minutes before departure time.
  • Should the flight be cancelled due to bad weather or operational reasons on our part, tickets will be fully refunded (not applicable to promotional or special discount ticket(s)).
